Vermouth Sales by Farm Distilleries

Another lawyer described some confusion in the New York law as to whether a farm distillery could offer tastings and sell NYS labelled Vermouth by the glass. The Authority has clarified that they can, and that any farm manufacturer can offer tastings and sales by the bottle (but not by the glass to consume on premises unless it has a distillery license or on-premise retail license).
