Alexander Anselment

Alexander “Alex” Anselment is an Associate with the firm. Alex is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, and magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School. At Albany Law School, he served as the Note and Comment Editor of Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and had his article “New York Executive Order 202.14: a Temporary Fix to a Temporary Problem, or a Framework to Change Estate Planning Document Execution?” published with the Journal. Alex began his legal career with Evans Fox after graduating from Albany Law School.

Alex helps his clients with both basic estate planning, as well as complex estate planning, including Medicaid and long-term care planning. He also represents clients in trust and estate administration.
