Jared Hirt

Jared Hirt is a Partner of the firm and a graduate of Fredonia State University and Albany Law School. Jared is actively involved in the community serving on the Board of Directors for DePaul Community Services, Inc., the DePaul Audit Committee and serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeal (ZBA) for the Town of Ogden. He is a member of the Real Property and Trial Lawyers sections of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Litigation, Family Law and Real Estate sections of the Monroe County Bar Association. Jared is also the President and Managing Member of a sizeable local real estate investment company, as well as a member of a local real estate investment association.

Jared Hirt is a strong advocate for his clients, bringing to the table a broad base of litigation and practical business experience. He works in all areas of civil litigation and business litigation including representing clients in divorces and custody disputes, Will and estate contests, real estate issues, construction lawsuits and business differences. Jared has a particular strength given his professional and personal experience with complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. His comprehensive experience in many different areas of civil litigation provides him with the ability to recognize, analyze and consider all aspects of the matters that he handles.
