A forged license was discovered during an SLA investigation on November 11, 2013, where SLA investigators discovered an altered copy for La Bella Vita’s license, which expired on September 12, 2012, with an altered expiration date of September 30, 2014. Ms. Buvidas was arrested and charged with Forgery in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and Falsification of Business Records, all felonies.
