Farm Breweries Can Buy NY Wine Directly From NY Wineries

At a seminar I recently attended, a farm brewery said that he had been told that if a winery uses a distributor, it could not also sell wine to other wholesalers or retailers. This is not true: Farm wineries can self-distribute (some distributers may require the winery to only sell through its company but a winery may be able to negotiate this).
