Don’t get caught in a sting operation

In a recent sting operation in Albany, a bar was violated for exceeding maximum capacity, sale to minors, and consumption by minors, unlicensed bouncers and failure to supervise the premises. Prosecutions for underage sales increased by 85% in 2013, with almost 2000 cases.  Additionally, the SLA has initiated major underage decoy operations with operatives blanketing scores of premises over several days throughout the state.
