We are often asked to clarify what an on-premises retail license (restaurant, bar, or club) can deliver to its customers with food orders. These license holders (whether beer only, beer and wine, or full liquor) can deliver beer, malt beverages and hard cider when delivering a food order. They cannot deliver wine products, wine or liquor. Of course, these licenses must comply with all aspects of the law concerning identification checks and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
