Farm and craft brewers should take the opportunity to participate in the New York State Brewers Association. If you are looking to expand your “brew horizons” then follow the lead of two New York Craft brewers who produce an annual collaboration beer between Adirondack Brewery and Saratoga Brewing Co. This year the brew was a chocolate raspberry imperial porter, only available for the week of the Saratoga Beer Summit.
