Alison Rich counsels individuals and businesses regarding their entity formation and ongoing operational and contract issues that  develop while running their businesses, including financing matters,  ownership issues and real estate matters. She also assists in the  purchasing and selling of ongoing businesses, including stock and asset  acquisitions, mergers, and succession planning.
