Trade Organizations Working to Clarify the Latest Executive Orders

The New York Restaurant Association continues to work with the State Liquor Authority and Governor Cuomo’s staff to clarify the new state Executive Order that requires restaurants and bars statewide to only serve alcohol to people who are ordering food, especially to clarify the definition of food. They are diligently working to get the definition of food to include chips, pretzels, popcorn, and other snack foods.
