An on premises retail licensee must limit its service to minors. 16 years old is the minimum age a child may enter and remain on a licensed premise. Anyone younger than that needs a parent or guardian. Thus, a restaurant, sports or entertainment facility or other eatery that sells beer, wine or spirits cannot allow groups of teenagers to come and order food, even if no alcohol is being consumed.
