Jennifer Monacelli

Jennifer “Jenny” Monacelli is an Associate with the firm. Jenny is a graduate of St. John Fisher University and Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jenny worked as a real estate paralegal, which sparked her interest in becoming a real estate attorney. While attending law school, Jenny worked as a legal intern to the General Counsel for a commercial real estate brokerage in Syracuse, NY, worked as an academic success fellow, and maintained part-time employment as a law clerk with a real estate firm in Rochester, NY.

Jenny’s focus remains primarily on real estate transactions, representing purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers. In addition, Jenny helps counsel individuals regarding entity formations and ongoing business matters. She draws on her prior experience as a paralegal to understand the careful thought and detail that goes into each transaction.
