The Residential Purchases and Sales group at Evans Fox LLP is skilled at representing buyers and sellers of various types of residential properties including single and multi-family homes, condominiums and townhouses, newly constructed homes, mobile homes, and vacant land. Our clients reside in Monroe and many of the surrounding counties. We have extensive experience preparing and reviewing purchase and sale contracts for all types of residential properties. Beyond contract preparation and review, we prepare deeds and supporting documentation to assist clients with the transfer of properties among family members, such as in estate planning and business succession planning.

After contract, our team assists in closing your purchase or sale. We handle issues from the resolution of any title irregularities to dealing with challenges that inevitably arise on the way to closing. We help to coordinate timing and we assist with calculating the monies needed.
